Terms of Use of Electronic Services 

Children should consult their parents/legal guardians before accessing the Services.

  • We welcome you to our electronic services, mobile applications, and other electronic services (the “Services”). These services are operated and maintained by the Al Mankos Program, one of the programs of the Cultural and Heritage Programs and Festivals Management Committee in Abu Dhabi, and our office is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.   1. Access to the Services
    • 2.1 Access to the Services is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify the service that we provide on the Services without notice, and we are not responsible for the unavailability of the Services for any reason, at any time and for any period.
    • 2-2 You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements that enable you to access the Services, and you are also responsible for knowing all persons using the Services through your internet line and informing them of these Terms and of their compliance with them.

3.1 All rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, database rights and trademarks in and to the Services and their content, whether audio, text, images, video or otherwise ("Content") are owned by and licensed to us. This content is also protected.

3.2 You agree to access the Services for personal use only and not for public or commercial use, and you are not authorized to copy, publish, store in any medium, broadcast, transmit, retransmit, modify or publicly display any portions of the Content without our written consent .

3.3 You are authorized to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, and you are not authorized to modify the Content or remove any copyright.

3.4 Comments and other content on the Services are not intended to provide advice for reliance on them, and we do not accept any responsibility or liability that may arise from any visitor to the Services or any person notified of such content being relied upon by any visitor to the Services.

3-5 We may change the Content at any time and, as necessary, may suspend or close access to the Services indefinitely.

3.6 If you print off, copy or download any part of the Services in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and you must return or destroy any copies of such materials.

3-7 All Al Mankos trademarks, logo and registered trademarks are a registered trademark of Al Mankos Program.

 

 

4- Contributions

4.1 When you are invited to make any Contribution on the Services (including any text, images, video or audio recordings) you and your licensee remain the owner of that Content, and you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, sub-right and without claiming any worldwide copyright; You also authorize us to use, copy, modify, publish, translate, derive works from, distribute, operate, display, communicate with the public and exercise all copyright, copyright and advertising rights in connection with that work and/or combine it with other works in any media currently known or subsequently developed for the entire term of any of Those rights granted to that content, consistent with the privacy restrictions set out in our Privacy Policy, and if you do not agree to grant those rights to us, you must refrain from making any contributions to our Services.
